We want to change that.
Journeys of Joy creates thoughtfully designed travel experiences for children who have had limited opportunities to explore the world beyond their everyday surroundings. Mountains. Beaches. Wildlife. Cities. Culture. Nature. Adventure. First hotel stays. First train journeys. Perhaps even a first flight.
Not charity trips. Real holidays. Real exploration. Real memories.

Travelling can expand a child’s understanding of what exists — and sometimes, of what might be possible in their own life.
Yet access to travel remains deeply unequal. Journeys of Joy exists to make a small part of that wonder accessible to children who may otherwise never experience it.
Our Promise
This is not tourism disguised as charity.
Dignity. Safety. Wonder. Childhood.
Children are not marketing props. They are travellers. Their privacy, safeguarding requirements and institutional guidelines come before photography, publicity or branding.
Our objective is wonderfully simple: give them a really good holiday.

There is no Journeys of Joy itinerary.
There are hundreds waiting to be created.
How a journey happens
A Child-Care Partner
We collaborate with credible organisations working directly with children. They help identify children for whom the journey would be appropriate and meaningful.
Safeguarding First
Permissions, caregivers, medical information, emergency contacts and applicable institutional requirements are completed before travel.
Feelivacation Designs the Journey
Destination, accommodation, transport, meals, activities and experiences are curated just as carefully as any Feelivacation holiday.
Children Travel
With authorised caregivers and appropriate supervision.
Memories Come Home
Not just photographs. Stories. Confidence. Curiosity. And hopefully a desire to see more of the world.
Why Feelivacation?
Because travel is what we know how to give.
We could donate something unrelated to our business. Instead, we chose to contribute what Feelivacation understands best: journeys.
Our teams already work with hotels, destinations, transportation providers, activity companies and travel partners. Journeys of Joy brings those relationships together for another purpose.
If travel has given our company its existence, we believe travel can also become part of what we give back.

A Journey of Joy doesn't require one large donor.
Where it started
Five children. One journey. One idea.
In 2026, Feelivacation decided that instead of making Journeys of Joy a presentation, we would simply begin. Our first journey brings together five children, their caregivers and a simple belief:

We do not publish trauma biographies. We capture joy — in the traveller’s own words, with first name only where permitted, and an anonymous traveller reference otherwise.
