Since many of our services involve time, expertise, processing, and third-party dependencies, refunds are subject to the terms below.

2. Visa Assistance Refund Policy

Visa assistance fees are service fees and are charged for:

• Document verification
• Application preparation
• Filing support
• Coordination and follow-ups

Refund Rules:

Embassy, consulate, or government fees (if any) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Travel Planning & Consultation Services

• Once itinerary planning or consultation has started, service fees are non-refundable
• If cancelled before work begins, partial refunds may be considered at management discretion

4. Third-Party Services (Flights, Hotels, Insurance, Tours)

Refunds for third-party services depend entirely on:

• Airline policies
• Hotel cancellation rules
• Insurance provider terms
• Tour operator conditions

We assist with coordination but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what third parties allow.

5. Visa Outcome Disclaimer

• Visa approval or rejection is solely decided by embassies or authorities
• No refunds are provided for visa rejection, delay, or additional embassy requirements

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
